The Home Course website was set up to give the public an increased awareness of the home study and e-learning courses that are available here in the UK.

For many people, time is precious and due to other commitments and restrictions, be they work, family or transport they are not able to attend colleges or courses during normal hours. The advantages of a home study are that there are no restrictions as to when you work, you can work where you want and when you want be that night study or in the kitchen after the children have gone to bed, it empowers you to work as and when you can.

The flexibility that this brings is down to developments in technology and communications that enable you to submit work, contact and communicate with your tutors via email or by post.
